欲飲琵琶馬上催。
醉臥沙場君莫笑，
古來征戰幾人回。

BEAUTIFUL wine from the grapes of Liang Chou in cups that glow in the night;
We wish to drink but the P‘ip‘a summons us to horseback,
Drunk we will lie down on the sands; don’t jeer at us; 
It is the old story, of those who went out to fight, how many ever come back?
